My name is Frank Jarman, the executive director of the Clarksburg Mission. About 4 years ago, I had a vision. I could see the banners waving in the wind, the stages being set, and many lost lives coming to know our Lord, Jesus Christ. This is no longer a vision. It's happening. The banners are waving and many lives will be saved.

We all see a city that has turned away from God with addictions such as drugs, alcohol, and prostitution; not only with adults, but also with the youth that will lead our city in the near future.

We have all joined together to give the city back to our Lord, Jesus Christ. There have been many barriers, but with God on our side, these barriers have been taken down. It has been a great honor to work with all whom were involved.
